1st Day of School

I can't believe that Gabby is in 5th grade, Kennedy is in 2nd and my baby started Kindergarten. Do they look excited or what?

We miss you Jessica, Malia ,Bubba and Nai'a!

So sorry....

I had no idea how much time blogging would consume. Barely being able to keep up with the busy lives of my family let alone typing daily entries is next to impossible for me but I promise I will try much much harder. Jenny I have no idea how you do it and your posts are fantastic!! You are my blogging idol!

Anyone remember Lion Country Safari???

Well this is Washington's version and it is fantastic!! The kids loved it. We took a ferry ride over to Port Angeles and then a short ride to this adorable town called Sequim, the lavender capital of the United States. I have to admit it was a little nerve racking coming face to face with giant Bison and Zebras but really cool.

Kennedy

A couple videos from Kennedy's Level 3 gymnastic competitions. I envy so much the confidence she has and wished I was more this way as a child. We are soo proud of her.

Bracket's Landing

First of all, we absolutely love Edmonds! The Puget Sound has the most incredible scenery and breathtaking views. Every Summer the kids love going to the sound to search for starfish, climb the rocks, and run along the shore. Even on slightly overcast and cooler days we all still have fun.

Tadpole, again

So after being in the Tadpole level for the 5th time and 2 years, what do you know but Dylan has decided to cooperate. It's one of those things like potty training that you can encourage but not force them to do. Argh!!! But come on 5 times? Unlike the girls who swim like fish Dylan has never been a fan of the water. Not sure if it's because he has grown up in Washington where as his sisters grew up at the beach. But anyways I guess it just took a fancy new pair of camouflage goggles and a bunch of thumbs up, good jobs, way to go.....
